1. Once a learner is registered by HomelandSA Security Training, she or he is bound and can’t cancel the registration unless it is canceled by the academic director and a fee of 50% will be charged.
2. If a learner stops attending classes for any whatever reason, he or she will be liable for the full payment of fees unless a notice is made in writing within 7 working days of the first month of attendance, after 3 months of non-attendance all payment will be forfeited.
3. A non-refundable registration fee is payable on all courses. Learner may not start attending the class until they pay a deposit amount started for the course.
4. HomelandSA security academy reserves the right to admit a learner in the institution respectively.
5. As a training service provider, all short skills training offered by HomelandSA security are seta accredited.
6. HomelandSA Security academy has no refunding process where payment has already been made either cash or bank payment.
7. All learners will not be allowed to conduct practical assessment without full payment.
Code Of Conduct
1. No alcohol or use of drugs is allowed within the premises of the institution unless with the proper approval from the medical doctor.
2. No engagement of learners in any kind of violence, threat carrying of any weapon without authority from the management.
3. No smoking in classes.
4. Mishandling or damaging of the institution property is prohibited.
5. Verbal abuse to a staff member or learners is prohibited.
6. All learners must obey the terms and conditions of the institution.
7. Learners must approach the campus manager or facilitator in case of any uncertainty.
8. Learners using any computer or any other machine as may be described must be done within the full supervision of field facilitator.
Agreement
1. This document is a full agreement between the parties and no indulgences granted by HomelandSA security academy will be deemed to be a waiver of any rights at the institution or operate as estoppels.
2. No variation or consensual cancellation of this agreement will have any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all parties.
3. The learners/parent/guardian shall be liable for all legal costs and charges on attorney and client scale incurred by HomelandSA security academy.
4. In the event of any court case proceedings being instituted by HomelandSA security academy against the learner then, by the signature hereto, the learner consents to any proceedings which may be instituted in the magistrate court which has the jurisdiction.
5. HomelandSA security academy reserves the right cedes the debt and collection of fees to a finance house or other institution.
